What Does F7 Code Mean?

WHen i tried to use my microwave in manual mode it didn't heat unless I put in reheat, beverage mode then it reheated. I put it popcorn mode and it heated my popcorn. A little later I tried the beverage mode and it wouldn't work and came up with a F7 code. What does that mean?
