Whirlpool Refrigerator Issues

Whirlpool gold model gI7FVCXXY. The door ajar alarm keeps going off and when you open the doors the lights are flickering. Also has been making too much ice at times and overflowing. I have tried doing the factory reset to no avail and have unplugged it for a minute with the same results.
