Whirlpool Oven Mnodel #gfe461kvs Not Cooking Properly

I just purchased this oven and throw a pizza in. set it for pixxa conv. and the middle of my pizza comes out doughy whilt the edges are almost burnt.... I set it at the right temp and time. What could be the problem???? PLEASE HELP

You have three fans to circulate the system.  Your warrantee in the first year of purchase should cover defects.  I bought mine at lowes--with the extended four year plan---worry free for five years.  

who installed it? and did you buy a new power cord?
