I Need Help Locating The Freezer Drain Tube.

I have water standing beneath the crisper drawers and think the tube is blocked.

The drain line is frozen over, there's a hole in the middle of the trough that is under the coil in the back of the freezer; this is where the defrost water is supposed to drain. Need to take off back cover of freezer to get to it. Once there squirt hot water over ice build up until the ice melts and water drains down that hole.
