Defrost Water In Refrigerator Not Pan.

Freezer defrost cycle sends water to refrig ceiling. Pan under fridge dry. Hot water and Hair dryer fails to open drain line. Is there access to drain from freezer side? Is there a technical manual that shows guts of refrigerator so I can find drain?Whirlpool ET1CHEXVQ

Their is no service manual available and i have checked the web quite rigorously for this but haven't found one.
