Water Is Pooling Under The Crisper Drawers In My El88trrws Refrigerator.

1. Start by emptying out the crisper drawers and removing them from the refrigerator.
2. Look for a small drain hole located at the bottom of the refrigerator's interior, usually at the back near the bottom of the back wall or near the vegetable drawer area.
3. Once you've located the drain hole, inspect it for any visible clogs or blockages. Sometimes, debris or food particles can clog the drain and cause water to collect instead of draining away.
4. If you notice any clogs, you can use a small, flexible brush or pipe cleaner to gently clear out any debris from the drain hole. Be careful not to force it or use anything sharp that could damage the drain.
5. After clearing any potential blockages, you can pour a small amount of warm water mixed with mild dish soap down the drain to flush it out. This should help remove any remaining debris and ensure that the drain is clear. In addition to checking the drain, it's also a good idea to check the refrigerator's temperature settings. If the temperature is set too low, it can cause excess condensation and contribute to water pooling. Make sure the temperature settings are appropriate for your specific model.
If you've checked the drain and cleared any blockages but are still experiencing water pooling, it might be a good idea to reach out to Whirlpool's customer support for further assistance. They can provide you with additional troubleshooting steps specific to your model and address any other potential issues.
