Not Working Right
MY FREEZER IN THE INSIDE WERE THE VENTS IS COVERED IN ICE FROM TOP TO BOTTOM AND THE REFRIGERATOR IS NOT COOLING ARE FOOD ARE MILK IS HOT AND BUTTER IS MELTED . MY QUESTION IS WHAT IS WRONG WITH IT AND HOW DO I FIX IT?
