Upper Arms Not Spraying

The dishwasher top arms are not spraying.  It stopped after 3 years of use. Brand new, came with house.  Average use, 2 adults only in house, no heavy food left on dishes. Warranty is over. Cleaned out and tried lemon juice.  Bottome half still works.
