My Dishwasher.. Model Number Du1055xtvs1

My dishwasher will just quit before it starts it's cycle.. water runs in and you hear it start to work than NOTHING it goes off... it take more than 5 to 6 times doing this to get it to just go on for more than half the cycle than you have to drain and restart again
