Tenants Complain It Takes Two Rounds Of Quarters To Dry Clothes.

tenants are complaining it takes two rounds to dry clothes. I checked the vent all is clear,. I removed the back panel and cleaned out the lint screen and lint screen tube, there was a little debris inside but not much. I visually inspected the heating coil and it looked fine. Also when dryer runs it gets hot, so I'm assuming it works. Being a coin-op machine, can I increase drying time cycle

Problem is likely caused by the dryer not getting enough heat or the dryer is not running long enough. check the temperature and the shut down intervals.
