Western Digital Model Wd800u017-rcn
I have a the above mentioned external hard drive and all lf a sudden it does not get recognized by my laptop. When I plug it into my usb port the computer dings just like a new disk is being inserted but when I go to my computer the drive does not show.
How can I either reformat the drive or somehow get it to install again?
