Wdh1q10000n Not Responding
Two weeks ago I was backing up and had a power surge, Unit was not connected to APC, just wall outlet. It hummed for 10 or 15 seconds, then continued to backup. Checked accuracy and all was fine. Yesterday I plugged unit in but it will not respond. I can hear it humming at times and light comes on but not normally as when backing up. Short of buying another (it's been replaced once before), is there anything I should be doing to get the unit to respond .. maybe a hammer!~!
