Non Viene Riconosciuto Da Mac Mio Wd My Passport

Improvvisamente My Passport ha smesso di essere riconosciuto sul mio Mac... la cosa buffa è che quando vado in utility disco vedo hard disk crco espellerlo ma niente , mi dice che è in uso, ma l icona del hard disk sulla scrivania non viene vista.quindi non posso accedere ai mii file , la spia sull'unità lampeggia e sembra che stia girando. Esiste una soluzione alternativa per accedere all'unità e recuperare i file? Ho sostituito il cavo USB, reinstallato ilHo rienstallato i driver ma nulla ......
