My Passport Has Stopped Working.

It Is Visible In Devices And Printers But Not In My Computer

Hi there.

I'm sorry to hear about your issue with the drive.

One thing you can try is to assign a new letter in Disk Management. In order to do so you just have to Right-click the drive that you want to change, and then click Change Drive Letter and Paths, and after that select the new drive letter.

In case this doesn't help, you can reinstall the USB controllers. Just click "Start" button, type "devmgmt.msc" (without quotation marks) in the "Search" bar and press "Enter". Click "Continue" if necessary. In Device Manager, double click to expand "Universal Serial Bus controllers", right click on the Host Controller, click "Uninstall" and click "OK". Repeat that to uninstall all items under "Universal Serial Bus controllers". After that restart your computer and Windows will reinstall all USB controllers automatically.
