Computer Doesn't Recognize Device
I want to extract my info from my e book butmy computer can't recognize this book??Any solutions??

Hi mate!
I'm sorry to hear about your problem, I know how unpleasant such a situation can be.
At this point I'd suggest to try the basic troubleshooting steps in such situations:
* Try to connect the hard disk with different USB cable, as well as in a different USB port of the motherboard.
* In case it doesn't help then plug it in another system if possible and see if it will appear there - that's the best way to determine if the issue is related to the HDD or the PC.
If after that the external is still not recognized, then the best option in order to extract your information will be to contact a data recovery company and hopefully the specialist there will be able to retrieve the data from the drive. Here is a link with the WD data recovery partners:
