Orange Circle Is Flashing
On my expander the orange circle is now flashing and the tivo will not go past the welcome screen. Does anyone know what this means. Is there anything I can do to fix it?

My TiVo 1TB expander unit WD10000F032 was flashing its orange lights and the TiVo would freeze it its power up sequence. I checked the voltage on the expander unit's 240V power adapter and it showed just over 1V. It should have been about 12V. The adaptor was marked as being 12V 1.5A. The Western Digital website showed that the unit should have had a 12V 2A power adapter. My 1.5A adaptor was shipped with the original equipment. I purchased a new 12V 1.5A power adaptor and the TiVo and its expander returned to normal operation with no loss of data or function. Excellent outcome for just under A$30.
