Broken Shaft

I was given this Weslo Momentum 630 elliptical for my birthday from my mother. I received it in October of 2013. About a month ago it started making a different sounD and a week ago the foot pedels both ended up at the bottom at the same time. I finally got around to looking at it and found that the main shaft in the wheel assembly was broken. What can I do to make this unit work?
