Weslo Epic10pi Stuck In High Incline Won't Come Down Showing Error Code P0

turned power on. Treadmill started up and down incline. went up and down. Then started going back up again and did not come down. Stuck there, occasionally shows error code P0. Treadmill seems to work but incline will not go down from his position. Buttons don't work to make it go down.

P0 and PO look alike. Error PO means that your unit is not getting power from the wall outlet--probabrly not properly plugged in.
