My Treadmill Track Doesn't Work.

I purchased a Weslo Cadence 325 Treadmill at Goodwill and it worked fine when I tried it at the store, but now the track does not move when I turn it on. I can move the track by walking on it. I do not have a manual.

The manual is available here and you may sadly have to return it to the retailer should it not respond as expected though operated as per the manual (seeing it is fairly new).
