Warm Up

Every day when first using the 200 CS, it slows down and stops several times. After 6 - 8 "cycles" it seems OK. Nothing seems to be binding. I just slows and stops.

If the belt starts again when you step off, check the tension between the walking belt and board. The belt should lift 3-4". If the tension is fine, let the machine run by itself for a few minutes longer than your last workout or the last time the belt stopped. If the belt maintains its speed, the walking belt may be worn or lacking lubrication. Check your owner's manual or call the customer service hotline to find the lubrication appropriate for your machine. If the belt does not maintain its speed, call the customer service hotline. online user manual

Hope that is helpful.
