Can't Get To A Party

I've been invited to 2 parties but didn't get the go to party button for either of them.  I've tried everything I could find on the internet before the second party, but none of it worked.  I tried to contact webkinz, but they didn't answer their phone and email was returned as undeliverable.  There's no "contact us" email that addresses not being able to go to a party after I've tried all of the suggestions.  Is there someone who can tell me why I don't get the go to party button?
