If you have one of pets that came with a secret code, you don't need to worry. When you go to login, when reaching the login page simply click the "Forget Login?" button. This will ask you for either a parent's email, already attached to the account, or a secret code for one of your pets. For the parent email option just type in then confirm the email. If you choose the secret code option, it will ask you for the secret code of your pet, the child's first name and birthday, and an email which you need to confirm. The website will then let you into your account, sending teh username and password to your email.
