My Weber Genesis Is Not Getting Hot Any More. What Is Wrong?

After 2 years of non-use, I fired up my Weber grill and after 30 minutes, it would only reach 325 degrees. I checked the manifold, Propane tanks and the air shutters. Could it be my regulator?
