Sorry to hear your chairs are not the right colour. It is very annoying when you order something and it's not as expected.
However, I have good news for you, as I work in retail I can guarantee that you can get your money back. It would be helpful if you have kept the receipt of purchase. You could also ask for an exchange and see if they have any white chairs.
