You can use the followinh link to contact Walmart's Customer Service for assistance with your issue. (If the link is unavailable please use the copy/paste method)

Once you click on the link, click on "email walmart.com".Then check the box next to "Using Walmart.com". This will open up an email to fill out which is relevant to your issue.
