My Creite Card Was Stolen And Used At Walmart What Can Isue Them

Can you sue Wal Mart? No. Wal Mart cannot control purchases made with a credit card. Associates are encouraged to check ID's (to match with credit cards) when large purchases are made, however there are a number of factors as to why this may or may not happen. Sadly, it doesn't happen enough. Hopefully you've cancelled the card and contacted your local authorities, who can investigate with Wal Mart to see who used the card and when.
