Who Can I Speak To About An Order I Didn't Make? I Suspect Fraud

I got an email about the shipping status for a Wallmart order for a TV being sent to someone I've never heard of. I never made the order and I've never made any walmart purchase . I suspect fraud. I want to speak to someone IMMEDIATELY.Thank you. PLease provide me with a someone I can speak to by phone.

Seems some bad phishing emails have been going on with Walmart lately. Was it spelled Wallmart.com on the email (two L's)? In your browser, open a new tab and type walmart.com directly into your address bar. Find the customer service phone number there and call them to straighten out. Most likely it's just fraud. DO NOT give out any credit card info or SSN to them, they do not need it at all. They should be able to search your order by order number if on that email as well as name and address. Also, call your credit card company to assure no unauthorized use.
