I Have Been Trying To Place An Order For One Item That I Can Only Purchase From

I have been trying to place an order for one item that I can only purchase from you online.  Over the course of several days I have tried to place the following orders for one item: My first attempt was cancelled and I was told it had something to do with billing making sure I was who I claimed to be & to try back in a few hrs.  My second attemp was also cancelled & I was told to try the nxt day which I did.  Order was cancelled to.  I was told to check with my bank to make sure the info I was keying matched what they had on file.  It did.  I tried using another card for my 4th try.  Cancelled.  I was told to buy a gift card and make the purchase.  I bought gift card.  Order cancelled. I called again and was told to try a different e-m address.  I did. Order cancelled.  Rec'vd e-m saying my gift card was credited (refund
