well i guess it depends, upon if you are referring to walmart.
a lot of items that they do not carry in the store. you can go to walmart.com online and order it.
if you order online, you can have the item shipped to your local walmart, free of charge. but if you have the item shipped to your door, they will charge a shipping fee.
