Why Can't I Get An Answer??
On Friday, the 10th, I purchased 2 bikes from walmart.com, one of them has already shipped, the other says "processing", I can't get any answers as to whether the bike is coming or not. This is so frustrating, so close to Christmas. I tried calling the 800 number, they said call volume is too high and I need to email them. I have done so, twice and heard nothing back. I get that they are busy, but this is ridiculous. I just need some information so I know if I need to get another bike elsewhere. What can I do??
