Bought A Movie And It Will Not Stop Buffering
we purchased sinister 2. We had numerous problems with it loading. It kept saying our Internet speed was insufficient in hdx, then in HD, and finally also in SD. We can't even get five mins I to the movie. This is ridiculous! I can't get a number to reach anyone. I paid 15 dollars for this movie!!! I want it to work or just a refund. Thank you. Merry Christmas.

Hi! If the internet connection is the problem, please contact the customer service center of your internet provider. You can also opt to try again after a few hours, in case the servers are just overloaded with the number of people watching during the holidays.
