Missing Parts
I sold one of these to a customer and they said they are missing the parts to hold the desk together. Is it possible to get these?

All of the parts available for the KidiArt Studio can be found on the VTech support page:
http://www.vtechkids.com/support/replacement_parts/
Just search for "KidiArt Studio" or browse through K to find it, and you'll see the list of parts, which only includes a handle, legs, an A/V cable, and a cartridge. If you need parts other than these, you'll probably have to buy a used unit (possibly on eBay) and take the parts from that unit.
