Connecting To Wifi

mY daughter's innotab max will not connect to my at&t wifi. Why?

If you've never set up the Wi-Fi connection, you can see how to do so on page 5 of the user manual. If it was working before and now it won't connect (but other devices on your network do connect just fine) you can try to reset the Innotab Max back to factory default settings, although this will cause you to lose all data currently stored on the device. Instructions for resetting the unit back to default state can be found on page 23.

If the unit still won't connect after that, you can contact VTech support at 800-521-2010.

Hi. If you have the correct network key and are setting up the WiFi connection as per the tutorial here https://www.vtechkids.com/tutorials/innotabmax/SettingUpandInnoTabMAXWi-FiConnection, then the Innotab MAX may have internal issues (firmware or hardware).
