The Volume Is Not Working
My kids played with this for a year or so and then the batteried died out si as i went to change them one was starting to change colour on the end and once i changed them everything work but the volume?

Try removing the battery then press and hold any key for 5-6 second to soft reset the playing laptop' if still not working try to disassemble it to be able to clean the volume button on the board using a brash and methyleted spirit to wipe out dust.
