No Dial Tone

My home phone was working perfectly fine last night. The internet was shut off for a little earlier today and when the internet isn't connected the house phone normally doesn't have a dial tone. Once the internet was turned back on I checked the phone to use it and there was no dial tone. I checked the other phone in my house and that also has no dial tone. Please help. I have an important call I need to make and I need help trying to get my dial tone back up.
