Please Cancle The Charge.

By mistake I chose the vercual phone no and perment phone transfer system.Vonage charged over me round about 16 doller.Actually I want the new phone no with my new area code.I want to cancel the perment transfer option please give me the guidence and cancel the charge as soon as possible.
