How Do You Remove The Headrest From The Front Seat Of A 2002 Volvo V70?

I can't find any information in the owner's manual, although it covers just about everything else. This leads me to believe that it might not be removable; however, that just can't be right. How would you install seat covers? There's gotta be a release button somewhere, but where?
