Vizio Vo47l Tv; White Light Always Stays On, Black Screen, No Sound

I have a VIZIO VO47L FHDTV30A that stopped working. When you connect it to the power outlet all you get is the vizio white light, it does NOT turn amber and the screen does NOT turn on and do not get any sound. All the buttons are unresponsive.I have done the flash light screen test and nothing, checked the fuses and capacitors and they look to be ok. Would it be best to replace the PSU, the main board or could it be something else?
