Unplug your TV and wait for 60 seconds. Plug in back the tv and check if it connected. If that doesn't work, try these steps:
1- Unplug your router and wait for 60 seconds.
2- Plug the router back in and wait until it comes back online.
If this still doesn't work, you will need to factory reset your tv to the way it was when you just bought it.
1- Select the menu button
2- Press system
3- Select reset and admin
4- Reset the tv to factory defaults.
