Accessing Tv Channels On New 2013 Tv

We just received new VIZIO M651d-A2R. Gets about 70 stations when we connect cable, wall to TV. When we run it through new Comcast cable box with HDMI connections we get 0 stations. Yes, I used the input and matched the correct HDMI button. Have to have Comcast tech come out. Any ideas?

What you will have to do is purchase a comcast cable box that is for digital signal. The one you have is only for analog signal. What you can try is to put your tv channel on 3 or 4 when connected to the comcast box.

It may also be that the transition for comcast of digital signal is not encrypted and a DTA is required.
