All tv’s come with “setting” letter box is a form where you will have a dark band at the top and a dark band at the bottom with the picture in the middle form l to r of the tv screen. Your selector should have a way to change this setting to standard tv or full tv etc. you can look up your “controller” online to note the settings and how to change them!
