An Order I Placed On December 4 With An Eta Of 12/16 Still Hasn't Arrived.
I ordered notecards on 12/4 with an expected delivery date of 12/16. I received a confirmation for my order but haven't received the notecards or any further emails with order updates. This seems like an excessively long time to wait for a delivery of (very simple) notecards. I've tried the website for info on contacting Vistaprint directly but the contact email seems to be well hidden. I kept getting thrown back to the same "Help" page and chat never seems to be available. Would love some help with this problem. It's been a month and a half since my order was placed.
