The Correct Company Is Va Medical Center Sleep Mode And 3rd Drawer Recogniti
Is there a way to turn off the sleep mode? It is interfering with specific reports printing out of VistA (the medical system for VA Hospitals)The large 3rd drawer is not being pulled into play when the 2nd drawer empties. It shows it is there and will report when the paper is low excreta but won't print.

Hello, without knowing the model of the printer you are using, it's impossible to say exactly how to change the settings. However, in general thse settings can be found by pressing a button on the printer called User Tools, Menu, Settings, Features, or something similar.
If the printer is connected over the network, you may be able to access its web server page right from your computer. Type the printer's IP address into your web browser and see if the admin page loads. If it does, you can change the settings that way.
