Visagiftcard Scam

Hi,I need help.I tried 9 different customer service phone number about a $100 visagiftcard I bought at WAl-Mart store that was a scam this Tuesday and nobody can help me to have my money back!Please can you tell me where can i call ?The right visagiftcard customer service department?Thanks!!Graziella Montani
