Paid Bill... Yet No Service On My Phone

I have paid my bill so that my account is no longer suspended, yet my phone is still not working. All the other phones on my account are working... but not mine. I have even factory reset the phone and then did the ##72786# a few times. Please help because now it will not activate or anything. I am seriously ready to cut these phones off and go somewhere else. It had no problem taking my money, yet I have no service.
