Former User's Number

the phone number i was given when i signed on to virgin mobile previously belonged to someone who HAS NOT informed her family, her pharmacy,her storage unit service,current and former boyfriends, her health clinic, and anyone else who EVER had any phone contact with her, that she no longer has this phone number............i am weary of calls from ALL the individuals listed above, ESPECIALLY between 12 and 2 AM, ESPECIALLY when being reminded about overdue bills, and ESPECIALLY when the end of the message tells me to "have a black day"...................i have returned as many calls as possible, explaining the situation, and that i was trying to let them know their intended party was NOT receiving messages,so they would understand when she does not return their calls........ does not seem to have made the proper impression, because i am STILL fielding the woman's phone calls............. i need it to stop, NOW...........what can be done? tank you donna unger
