Hours: Mon-Fri 4 am to 8 pm PST
Sat-Sun 4 am - 7 pm PST
As you would be calling from a landline you will likely need to call during their normal business hours since the automated services usually apply while on a cellular phone. If you had another cell phone around to use (either a friends, relatives, etc) you could use the automated services which offer limited self-service assistance 24 hours a day.
You can also contact Virgin Mobile by submitting their online support form:

However, you likely would not get a response outside until normal business hours.
