Soap Dispenser Not Opening

two days ago the dispenser was blocked from opening because a dish was blocking it from opening we rearranged dishes but since then the dispenser remains closed throughout the whole normal cycle

This caution from the manual states: Do not load dishes in a manner that would block the detergent dispenser lid from completely opening. The detergent dispenser lid could be damaged. The lid has probably been damaged, I suggest you contact a service tech to repair.
