Heated Drying
My Viking isn't drying my dishes. There is not heated drying. Is it because I havent put any "drying agent" in it?

Rinse agents aid drying time but isn't a requirement for dry dishes. Only programs 3,4 & 5 are the programs with a dry cycle. If the dishwasher isn't drying in those cycles either the control board or the drying element has failed.
