Frozen Viewsonic Viewpad 7e
Hi Please can you assist me. I have bought a viewpad 7e from Ideal World shopping channel and it arrived yesterday. All was going well until tonight when I tried to search on eBay UK and the tablet has frozen and will not switch off. It has 55% battery left. Serial No. SWV11390940 I thin as the writing is so small! Please advise me what I should do as otherwise it will be returning to Ideal World for a refund. I loo forward to hearing from you.
